Raj K. Bagri

Raj is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a member of Institute of Cost Accountants, a member of Institute of Internal Auditors and has also passed the final examination of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He has been in profession since 1983. Till recently he was associated with Doshi, Chatterjee, Bagri & Co (an independent member of BKR International) as the head of Audit function since 2002. Prior to that, he was associated with S.R. Batliboi& Co. (SRB). He was a partner of SRB for last 7 years of his association with the firm.

He has extensive professional experience in Pharmaceutical, Sugar, Glass, Automobile, Paper, Textile, Jute, Cement, Mining, Chemical, Petro Chemicals, NBFCs ,Educational Institutions and various other industries. Apart from the experience of Statutory Audits, he has also handled Internal and Management Audits, and business valuation exercises. He has also handled statutory audit of Banks. He also has experience in various tax advisory services across sector.

He was the President for the Institute of Internal Auditor ’ s Calcutta Chapter for 2006-07 and has been on its governing board.

Naresh K. Rajgaria

Naresh is based in New Delhi. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has passed the final examination of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has been in the profession since 1987 and has handled statutory audits, internal audits, tax compliance and accounting support services of clients relating to real estate, hospitality, textile, agro-chemical, glassware and various government undertakings.

Rajiv K. Jaiswal

Rajiv is looking after the Bengaluru practice of the firm. A Fellow member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India, he has more than 27 years of experience in India in the fields of Auditing , Risk Assessment , Advisory , Accounting & Finance Functions.

He has worked in S.R Batliboi& Co. (E&Y), Jayashree Insulators (Aditya Birla Group), Wirtgen India Private Limited before joining GMR Energy Limited wherein he was elevated to CFO - India Power Business.

He has vast exposure in Finance & Accounts particularly project financing and monitoring, loan restructuring, fund raising and is recognised as a Strategic Planner with expertise in business processes re-engineering and defining continuous improvement processes.

He has completed certificate course on valuation conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Jayshree Binani

Jayshree is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and joined our firm in 2023.

She is having nearly 15 years of professional experience. She has handled assignments relating to statutory audit, internal audits, tax audits of Manufacturing, Education and Non-banking financial sectors.

She has also worked in a listed Infrastructure Company for 3 years.
